The rolling process is the most important step of aluminium sheeting suppliers producing, the rolling process of aluminum alloy sheet rolling undergoes the following four stages: biting stage, dragging stage, stable rolling stage and final stage.
1, The biting stage of the aluminum alloy sheet.
The rolling piece begins to contact the rotating roll, and the roll begins to exert an effect on the rolling piece, dragging it into the rolling gap, in order to establish the rolling process.
2, The drag-in stage of the aluminium sheet.
Once the rolling piece is bitten by the rotating roll, the drag force of the roll on the rolling piece increases, and the rolling piece gradually fills the roll gap until the front end of the rolling piece reaches the position of the two-roll connecting center line.
3, Stable rolling stage of aluminium alloy sheet.
After the front end of the rolled piece comes out from the gap between the rolls, it continues to rely on the friction of the rotating roll to pass through the roll gap continuously and steadily to produce the required deformation: high compression and longitudinal extension.
4, The final stage of aluminum alloy sheet.
From the back end of the rolled piece into the deformation zone between the roll gaps, until the rolled aluminum piece and the roll are completely out of contact.
