Aluminum cladding plates 4045/3003/4045 for oil cooler is a three-layer composite aluminum alloy material designed for heat exchange applications (such as oil coolers), combining the advantages of structural strength and welding performance. The mainstream manufacturing process adopts hot rolling composite method - 3003 and 4045 slabs are stacked, and metallurgical bonding is achieved through high temperature and high pressure rolling. The cladding rate is precisely controlled (8%-12%). It provides 0.10-0.15mm thick specifications, H14 state, and meets mechanical standards.

Aluminum cladding plates 4045/3003/4045 for oil cooler adopts a "sandwich" composite structure:
- Core layer: 3003 aluminum alloy (Al-Mn system), providing basic strength and formability, and excellent corrosion resistance;
- Clad layer: double-sided 4045 aluminum alloy (Al-Si system, silicon content 9%-11%), as a brazing material layer, with a melting point of about 577°C, which melts and fills the weld in brazing to achieve metallurgical bonding between components.

Core advantages of aluminum cladding plates 4045/3003/4045 include:
- High brazing reliability: 4045 has high silicon content and good fluidity, suitable for complex flow channel sealing (such as internal channels of cooling plates);
- Corrosion resistance and strength balance: 3003 core layer is corrosion-resistant, and the overall yield strength after composite is ≥125 MPa, which meets the load-bearing requirements;
- Lightweight: Aluminum has low density and is more conducive to system weight reduction than copper or stainless steel.

Application in oil cooler and heat exchange system:

- Oil cooler flow channel plate:
The coolant flow channel is formed by stamping, and the 4045 layer is melted in vacuum brazing (about 600-615°C) to achieve seamless sealing;
It can withstand oil medium corrosion and has high stability in long-term use.

- New energy vehicle thermal management system:
It is used for battery liquid cooling plate (water cooling plate), which supports the weight of the battery pack while exporting heat;
It maintains structural strength at a thin specification of 0.1-0.15mm, achieving a balance between lightweight and heat dissipation efficiency.

- General heat dissipation components:
Such as engine water tank, air conditioner evaporator fins, etc., especially suitable for complex components that require multiple stamping.

This three-layer aluminum cladding plate is usually used in equipment such as oil coolers and heat exchangers. Due to its excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and welding performance, it can maintain good performance in high temperature and high pressure environments.
