Corrugated aluminum jacketing roll refers to aluminum coil material with a corrugated shape, which is usually used for thermal insulation in areas such as building insulation, refrigeration equipment and industrial plants. The common used aluminum grades of corrugated aluminum jacketing roll are 1060 and 3003.

- 1060 aluminum alloy: This is an aluminum alloy in the pure aluminum series with good corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, as well as high reflectivity. It is usually used in occasions that require good formability and corrosion resistance, such as building decoration materials, lighting parts, etc. However, due to its relatively low hardness and strength, it is not very suitable for applications that require high strength.

- 3003 aluminum alloy: This is a manganese alloy aluminum that provides better strength and work hardening capabilities than 1060 aluminum alloy. 3003 aluminum alloy not only retains good corrosion resistance, but also has higher mechanical properties, making it suitable for a wider range of applications, including kitchen appliances, radiators, chemical equipment and building insulation materials.

- Corrugated wave design: The aluminum jacketing sheet is rolled and cold-bent to form a wavy core plate, and an air channel is formed between the panel and the back plate to form a hollow structure.

Corrugated aluminum roll jacketing can be composited with kraft paper and Surlyn (an ion polymer membrane) to enhance their thermal insulation, waterproof performance and mechanical strength.
