4343/3003/4343 aluminum brazing sheet coil strip is a three-layer composite aluminum alloy material designed for radiator fins, with a sandwich structure - the middle layer is 3003mod aluminum-manganese alloy, and the two sides are covered with 4343 aluminum-silicon alloy. This structure combines the advantages of two alloys: 3003mod provides excellent corrosion resistance, processability and structural strength, while 4343 achieves low melting point (577-600℃) and good brazing fluidity with high silicon content (6.8-8.2%), which is suitable for the welding needs of complex heat dissipation structures.

The composition of 4343/3003/4343 aluminum brazing sheet coil strip:

- Core layer (3003 aluminum alloy): Al-Mn alloy (Mn content is about 1.0~1.5%), providing excellent processability, corrosion resistance and medium-strength support136.

- Brazing layer (4343 aluminum alloy): Al-Si alloy (Si content 6.8~8.2%), melting point about 577°C, melts and fills the weld during brazing, achieving seamless connection and improving corrosion resistance.

- Symmetrical composite design: double-sided cladding 4343 (single layer thickness accounts for 8~12%), ensuring uniform flow of molten brazing material during welding, suitable for double-sided brazing of heat sinks and pipes.

- Brazing: The brazing material is melted and filled between the joints by heating to form a strong connection, which is suitable for efficient manufacturing of radiators.

- Brazing compatibility: The 4343 coating can be quickly melted in vacuum or controlled atmosphere brazing (560-620℃) to form a dense weld and avoid oxide film interference.
