Commonly used aluminum jacketing with moisture barrier materials are 1060, 1050, 1100, 3003, 3105, 5005 etc., the tempers are H14, H24, H16, H18 etc.

Aluminum metal jacket with polykraft moisture barrier means the aluminum jacketing which has polykraft laminated on the surface of the aluminum coil for moisture barrier function. The craftsmanship of polykraft paper lamination has many methods.
One: Glue is glued on the surface. The kraft paper used on the surface is self-adhesive. This advantage is high production efficiency, prompt delivery, and low production cost. The disadvantage is that the surface of the kraft paper is prone to bubbles due to temperature changes, which affects the bonding effect, and the open storage time should not be too long.

Two: The kraft paper and aluminum jacket roll are bonded together by heating. This process has been successfully developed after half a year. The advantage of aluminum jacket with polykraft moisture barrier is that the adhesion is very high, and the glue will not be opened and will not fall off after the 24-hour immersion test. Weather resistance is extremely high, polykraft paper is not subject to adverse conditions caused by temperature changes. The disadvantage is that the production efficiency is slow and the production cost is too high.

Three: The aluminum metal jacket with polykraft moisture barrier can be further processed further, and can be made into an embossed aluminum roll and an aluminum tile covered with kraft paper.
